Macegreen are delighted to work with Achieve together on all their projects - a wonderful company and one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist adult support and supported living.

Macegreen have been providing Employer’s Agent services under a JCT D&B contract on the development of 5 new supported living bungalows in Dewsbury, Yorkshire. Working with local company Whitshaw Builders, the first pair of bungalows have just reached first fix stage and will each have a small rear garden, with parking. Construction of a retaining structure to allow the remainder of the site to be cleared is about to commence.

Achieve together are one of the UK’s leading providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism, PMLD, deafness, hearing loss and other associated complex needs.

Macegreen have been working with Achieve together for just over 2 years on a variety of conversion and new build jobs providing a range of services from Employer’s Agent, Project Management, Cost Consultancy to Building Surveying, acquisition surveys, reinstatement valuations and general advice – more to follow as upcoming developments become live.
