Macegreen were appointed to deliver 2 seven storey blocks and 2 five storey blocks of flats with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units with wheelchair units to the ground floor. There are also 13 three-bedroom houses within the scheme, together with a landscaped area that provides a flexible space for community use.
The Watts Grove new housing project exceeded London Borough of Tower Hamlets’ renewables target of 40% above Building Regulations Requirements. The scheme has also achieved and has been accredited to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
