Project details

Macegreen were appointed as the project managers and cost consultants for UKTV’s new HQ, with the design by Penson. The project involved the fast track CAT A & B fit out of 35,000sqft and involved a new feature staircase between two upper floors and screening and editing rooms in the basement. The project was extremely fast track and was completed on time and on budget. We also managed the dilapidations and strip out of their previous space.
