Tolworth Tower Survey

Macegreen Consulting were appointed by Inspired Asset Management and Fortress Investment Group to advise on the potential acquisition of this iconic building in Tolworth by completing a pre-acquisition building survey which included M&E services and an environmental study. The survey also included a feasibility study to convert the property into residential units.
