RWE npower renewables is the renewables division of RWE Innogy. It leads the UK wind power market and they are also leaders in hydroelectric generation.
Auckland House was a 37,000 sqft fit out of a new building in Swindon to provide the new HQ for RWE npower renewables.
Project details
The project included a restaurant, gym, boardroom, project areas, Executive offices with bespoke joinery, video conferencing rooms and numerous break-out and café style areas (with the best coffee in Swindon). The project received the first ever Ska Gold Rating in the UK and was shortlisted for two BCO awards.
Macegreen are now appointed as technical advisers in assessing further space requirements for this rapidly growing renewables business.
