RWE npower is a leading UK energy company and is part of the RWE Group, one of Europe's leading electricity and gas companies. They produce around 10% of the electricity used in Great Britain.
They supply electricity and gas to residential and business customers and operate and manage a flexible portfolio of coal, oil and gas-fired power stations. They also manage a portfolio of cogeneration plant.
Project details
This project was the light refurbishment of npower's 35,000 sqft office in Worcester and Macegreen were appointed as Client Project Managers and Technical Advisers.
The project was to re-organise and enhance the working space to enable agile working to be implemented and combine staff from numerous other sites into Oak House. The project was completed during occupation and was let on a design and build basis. The project achieved Ska Gold.
