Project details
We were appointed to deliver the full reconfiguration and CAT B fit out of 6,000sqft of office space for Co-Work Space II Ltd. The project was fast track and included agreeing the terms of the license for alterations and project managing the whole scheme, including coordination of the design team Penson, who we worked very closely with, and the approved building control inspector, as well as commercial management throughout.
The project included new heating, ventilation and cooling, fire alarms, glazed and solid partitions, ceilings, soft finishes and furniture. The works were constrained by out of hours deliveries as the site is on the 6th floor of an occupied building, above Boots on Oxford Street.
