Project details

The major intervention and refurbishment of a listed Victorian public baths in Poplar into a new leisure centre delivered under a quasi PFI procurement. The project additionally assisted in cross funding the delivery of 100 affordable housing units and a new state of the art community facility. Macegreen were then appointed as project monitor following the successful procurement of a private developer.
