Macegreen were retained by the bidding consortium led by East Thames with First Base and Bellway to provide technical and development support to their bid. During the bid process Macegreen provided input to the negotiation of the development agreement and technical support for the delivery of the scheme including costing, logistics, buildability and programming. On successfully being appointed East Thames retained Macegreen to set up the delivery of the scheme.
