Project details

The project involved the strip out and fit out of 19,000 sq ft of office space, including structural reconfigurations, a mansard extension at roof level and external improvements. Despite party wall challenges and working on a heavily foot trafficked street, the works were completed on time and on budget under a design and build contract.
