Project details

We were appointed deliver the full reconfiguration and CAT B fit out of 4,000ft2 of office space for the College of Radiographers. The project was fast track and from a very limited design brief, the works were procured and completed within 12 weeks, through a JCT Design & Build Contract.
 
The project included new heating, ventilation and cooling, fire alarms, glazed and solid partitions, ceilings and all soft finishes. The works were constrained by adajacent residences and were completed with minimal disruption.
