Construction of an innovatively designed 5-storey high, residential apartment building providing 34 no. high specification 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments, with a commercial unit on the ground floor and separate block of 14 townhouses.

The project forms the second phase of the wider award winning Millbay regeneration scheme.
