When CMS announced that they were going to merge with Nabarro and Olswang and initiate the biggest merger in law firm history, Macegreen were appointed to project manage the fit out of the existing and new space to bring both firms together under ‘one roof’in Cannon Place.
Project details
The project involved the fit out of 100,000sqft and the remodelling of 75,000sqft to allow the merged companies to work in the same building. The 6-month project from the first meeting to practical completion was extremely fast track and was completed on time and on budget.
