Project details

The project involved the redevelopment of a five-story building within the Westminster Conservation Area. The Buckingham Gate property was developed into bespoke luxury office suites including internal structural reconfigurations, basement waterproofing, the replacement of all existing windows, repairs to the facades and roof coverings, a new lift installation and all M&E works including security and access control.
