Project details

Development of a green field site adjacent to the A10 in Hoddesdon to provide a new crematorium building incorporating a chapel with a Porte Cochere entrance, floral tribute area, office and administration areas and an external WC block.
 
The scheme also included the provision of new hard landscaping and circulation routes including a new s.278 road junction, a new entrance bridge and utility connections including substation. The works were completed in two phases, the first being the civils for the bridge, access roads and drainage, followed by the construction of the crematorium itself.
