Tower Hamlets DPS 2020 – 2030
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets have traditionally sought professional services either by open tender or through frameworks run by third parties. In 2020 LBTH decided to invest in their own ‘framework’ from which they could tailor a restricted tender process depending on the experience required across the full spectrum of their work types. LBTH elected to go for a long term DPS model allowing them flexibility in procurement. The work will largely comprise new build housing and regeneration, but can equally apply to schools, commercial and retail works, new builds and asset review and disposal. Macegreen have a long and strong relationship in all areas covered by the DPS. Other London boroughs are also able to make use of the DPS by joining via LBTH.
