Swan Housing DPS 2020 – 2028
Swan Housing have traditionally run-in house frameworks on a 5-year basis. In 2020 Swan chose to take a more flexible approach to consultant frameworks and adopted the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) model. The DPS allows Swan to both tender – and in the case of small-scale appointments – to call off consultants via mini competitions. We have worked with Swan on a number of schemes to date, and Macegreen have been on this DPS since its inception. The DPS provides for the full suite of professional services.
