Stonewater Housing Framework 2021 – 2025
Stonewater is a National Housing Association with around 30,000 homes under management, broken down by region: East and North: 8,400 homes, South: 13,400 homes and West: 8,200 homes. Macegreen is appointed to deliver Employer’s Agent services in respect of the delivery of its development programme. The framework covers multiple geographical areas, otherwise defined as “Lots”. The framework agreement provides the Authority and others accessing the framework with a mechanism for the procurement and delivery of high-quality Employer’s Agent, CoW, PD and CDM Adviser services to support the Authority’s development programme.
