South East Consortium Consultancy Services Framework 2021 – 2025

Macegreen Consulting have been awarded a place on the Consultancy Services Framework to support public sector bodies in the delivery of their strategic targets. The framework is split into a number of service lots and provides clients with different procurement routes and the ability to direct award or via mini competition.

The South East Consortium (SEC) is a consortium of 36 social landlords who manage around 369,073 properties located in the South East of England. Our mission is to support members in delivering a brilliant service to residents through collaborative procurement and as such, we work in partnership with other consortia, e.g. EEM and Westworks. Therefore, this framework covers the whole of England and Wales and the aim is to have competent consultants in each county to deliver the works within this framework. SEC is funded through member subscription and a service provider levy as explained in schedule 4 of the framework agreement.
