Homes England Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework 2019-2023
Homes England maintains a number of technical framework panels to help with the delivery of its programmes. The Framework has been procured through fully compliant Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) processes and offers a quick and efficient means to procure high quality, good value development related technical services, such as property and project management, engineering, planning, and multidisciplinary services. These panels are available for use free of charge by a number of other public sector bodies. Over recent years, Homes England Frameworks have been used by around 300 partners to deliver development related services. Users have reported significant savings in procurement time.
