Macegreen Consulting was set up in 2011 by Neal Green and Andy Mace as a project management, building surveying, cost consulting and development consultancy practice providing full coverage across the UK.
We have the experience and passion to really add value to our clients’ businesses and projects. We are a refreshing alternative to the large multi discipline practices and we will guarantee a senior level consultant on all your projects to ensure they complete on time, to the correct standard and within budget.
As a small niche independent company, we highly value our clients and offer a first class ‘hands on’ professional service.
Who we work with
Macegreen works with a wide selection of clients including large corporates, individual occupiers, fund managers, investors, developers, local authorities, museums, registered providers, education and healthcare.
We work on the principle of repeat business and most of our clients have followed us through previous roles to where we are today.

Glastonbury Heritage Renovation Project
Macegreen are very proud to be working on the restoration of the Baily’s Buildings – iconic Grade II listed historical industrial buildings located in the fine Somerset town of Glastonbury. In the 19th century this was a thriving industrial hub comprising a tannery, sheepskin, rug, and glove manufactory. The 20th century saw the buildings adapt to the manufacture of sporting goods, famously including boxing gloves worn by such legendary pugilists as Muhammad Ali, Floyd Patterson and Henry Cooper.
