Andy Mace BSc (Hons) MRICS
Andy has over 30 years’ professional building consultancy experience in Central London, across the UK, Ireland and Europe. His experience spans both the Public and Private sectors and across the Commercial, Residential, Retail and Industrial property sectors, having worked with most types of investors, land owners and occupiers.
Andy’s career started at Drivers Jonas, leaving as a Partner after 20 years. He went on to head up Project Management at Rider Levett Bucknall in London, expanding the commercial and retail sectors as well as leading the development of the Social Housing Sector in London.
After working as an independent Development Consultant for 3 years, Andy joined up with Neal to broaden the offer and to grow a sustainable business built around high-quality advice placing Clients first.
Andy specialises in Project and Development Management, new build and large-scale development work. He advises Developers, Local Authorities and Registered Providers of Housing, focussing in particular on Public Sector Development advice for housing and regeneration schemes over the last 10 years.
Andy is a Director and joint owner of Macegreen Consulting.

Neal Green BSc (Hons) MRICS MAPM
Neal has over 20 years’ experience working in professional building consultancy, mostly in Central London on of all types of property within both the public and private sectors. Neal started his career at Drivers Jonas in London. He then joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Director in 2006 and took over as Head of Building Consultancy in the South West, prior to becoming a Senior Director in 2007.
Neal has acted for and currently advises a wide range of organisations, including Schroders, RWE, Primark, Mersten Ltd, National Care Group, Co-Work, The Chatsworth Settlement Trustees, Inspired Asset Management, Capital & Regional, The Crown Estate, Legal & General, Invista, Allied London Properties, The Home Office, Office of The Deputy Prime Minister, Morley, The Pollen Estate, John Lewis, Prudential, Hammerson and many more.
Now specialising in the project management or project monitoring of fit out, complex refurbishment and large-scale development work, he advises corporate clients, developers and funds.

Rob Chudley BSc (Hons) MRICS
Rob has over 23 years’ experience of project experience in the South West, Central London and across the UK. He has provided consultancy advice on all types of property, acting for both the public and private sectors. Rob started his career in Exeter, followed by 10 years at Drivers Jonas, 7 years with Sweett Group and has been heading up project management in the Plymouth office since joining Macegreen in 2013.
Rob has acted for Muse Developments, Gamma Angia, SJA Estates, Sutton Harbour Holdings, Aviva, Millfields Trust, Princess Yachts, British Land Plc, Council for the Isles of Scilly, Ministry of Justice, Amber Infrastructure, Presentation Housing, Matrix Securities and many more. Jamie Carter BSc (Hons) FRICS IMaPS
Jamie is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience of delivering project management, building surveying and professional services to a range of public and private sector clients. Prior to joining Macegreen, Jamie was a Director of Project Management Services for Keegans.
Jamie has worked across a number of sectors including health, education and housing, delivering project management and building surveying services. He also oversees the professional building consultancy side of the business including Party Walls, Dilapidations and Pre-acquisition Surveys.
In the Public Sector, Jamie has worked with a variety of Clients such as CityWest Homes, Ealing BC, Brighton BC, Braintree DC, Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames and Homes for Haringey. In the Private Sector, clients include The Thackeray Estate, Mersten Ltd, Frost and Sullivan and The High Commission of Canada.
Jamie is a Director of Macegreen and Head of National Building Surveying Services.

Victoria started her career over 26 years ago on a busy Derivatives trading floor, followed by many years working in the Advertising, Marketing and Newspaper Publishing industries, making her well equipped to deal with almost anything that may be thrown at her. She has extensive experience in dealing with people at all levels, setting up and managing offices as well as dealing with marketing, financial, IT, corporate governance, HR and a host of other functions. Victoria joined the business in 2013 and is involved in all aspects behind the scenes at Macegreen. She frequently burns the midnight oil on their behalf! When she isn’t, you’ll find her out running.

Nicky started her working life as a secretary with Drivers Jonas where she built her career over 12 years, eventually working for 2 Partners in the Building Department. Nicky then joined JPMorgan as Executive Assistant to the MD of Equity Derivatives. In addition, she was responsible for a team of secretarial staff, arranging global travel, general administration, organising Equity Derivatives roadshows around Europe and arranging global conferences – a challenging and fulfilling role.
Nicky left JPMorgan to raise her two children and for the last 10 years has been working as a Virtual PA, working for non-executive directors and providing typing support for a number of multi-discipline surveying practices.
Nicky is now working predominantly with Macegreen as Team PA dealing with a wide variety of general administration and secretarial needs, as well as supporting the bid team.

Phil Long BSc (Hons) MCIOB, MAPM, AssocRICS
Senior Project Manager
Phil is a Chartered Construction Manager, Member of the Association of Project Management and an Associate Member of the RICS.
He has been in the real estate and construction industry for over 12 years, having previously worked for some of the UK’s top 10 main contractors including Balfour Beatty, Interserve, Kier and Mace. Phil has fulfilled a variety of roles, including client-side project management, contract administration and construction management and brings a wealth of on-site construction experience to Macegreen.
Phil has worked on a variety of projects and has experience of both new build and refurbishments across the public, private, commercial and residential sectors for organisations including RWE, the Chatsworth Settlement Trustees, The Metropolitan Police, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Newlon Housing Association.

Rob Cameron BSc (Hons) MRICS
Associate Director - Project Management
Rob is a Chartered Project Manager and has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. He joined Macegreen in May 2016 as an Associate Director, having previously worked across the South West with Sweett Group for 10 years and London and the Home Counties with EC Harris for 3 years.
Rob has considerable experience of successfully delivering complex projects across a wide range of public and private sectors, including health, residential, education, commercial, leisure, aviation and infrastructure.
Rob is fully conversant with all stages of the project delivery process (inception to completion), through various procurement routes and forms of contract (NEC & JCT).
Rob is also a qualified Building Surveyor, which brings an added dimension to his project management style providing a strong focus on building technology and sustainable construction, as well as an eye for detail regarding quality/compliance.

Simon Watkins MEng DipArch RIBA
Senior Project Manager
Simon has 11 years’ experience as a Chartered Architect, and spent several years in a parallel role as Project Manager before joining Macegreen in June 2016.
He has worked for several small and medium-sized architectural practices before a 6-year stint at DarntonB3 where he was an Associate, leading project teams. His primary sector involvement to date is in residential, commercial, retail and mixed use, and has a strong record of project delivery dealing mostly with projects during their construction phase.
Simon has extensive experience working with national supermarket chain Morrisons, both on new build and refurbishment and fit-out projects operating within challenging programmes. He has also worked with various other large retailers including IKEA and Sainsbury’s, as well as a series of private clients and developers and is currently working on our Primark and National Care Group projects.

Patrick Jackson BSc (Hons)
Assistant Building Surveyor
Patrick is a graduate Building Surveyor with over 4 years’ post-graduate experience in Building Surveying and Project Management. Prior to joining Macegreen in February 2017, Patrick gained experience as an Assistant Project Surveyor with VINCI Construction UK. This role focused on restoration of iconic historical monuments, light infrastructure and installation of sustainable energy for The Royal Parks in London.
Patrick is currently assisting the Building Consultancy and Project Management teams, gaining invaluable experience and training for his APC in order to gain his RICS accreditation.

Haydn Shaw FdSc BSc (Hons)
Haydn has over 8 years’ experience within the construction industry, joining Macegreen in 2017 from a world leading university in London where he played a key role in the estates and projects team. Haydn was integral in the delivery of the estates management strategy, working on a wide range of projects including the refurbishment of listed buildings within a Royal Borough and creation of new teaching facilities for medical and engineering research.
He was also a key part of the team on a new £2 billion 23-acre campus, providing client project management support for a new build 35 storey residential tower.
Haydn specialises in both the public and private sector working on a range of procurement routes within the Industrial, Education, Commercial, Leisure, Healthcare and Residential sectors.
Haydn provides Project Management support to the South West team of Macegreen.

Melina Rawat BA CM&PD AIQS APM
Senior Project Manager
Melina has over 15 years’ experience in quantity surveying & project management in the UK and Australia working with the likes of David Langdon, Maris Interiors and CBRE, before joining Macegreen in 2017.
She has worked predominantly in the Private Sector for a variety of clients on Commercial Office Refurbishment, Heritage Projects, Industrial/Office and Residential Development projects. Her most recent clients range from National Gallery, Ernst & Young, Wembley, Inspired Asset Management, National Care Group, Natural History Museum & London Metropolitan University.
Melina is now a Senior Project Manager at Macegreen focusing on the Project and Development Management, new build and large-scale development schemes in the business.

Michael Wheeler BSc (Hons) MRICS
Senior Building Surveyor
Michael has over 6 years’ experience providing professional building consultancy advice, during which he has advised clients including Aberdeen Asset Management, WPP, Lloyds Bank, Global Radio, WHSmith, Travis Perkins and Pizza Express. He specialises in Contract Administration, Project Monitoring, Surveys and Dilapidations.
Project Management/Contract Administration roles have included Cat A office refurbishments and external repairs and redecoration of various buildings. Projects monitored include tenant fit outs, a high-end residential fit-out and a number of school extensions.
Michael has acted for both Landlords and Tenants with regards to office spaces, retail units and industrial units and has undertaken building surveys for both vendors and purchasers across a variety of sectors including office, retail, warehouse and leisure.
Michael is now a Senior Surveyor at Macegreen working on key client business.

Louisa Reynolds BA (Hons) MSc MRICS
Senior Building Surveyor
Louisa is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 10 years’ experience, delivering project management, building surveying and professional services to a range of public and private sector clients. She is also an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC), a member of SPAB, the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) and the Cambridge Forum for the Construction Industry.
Louisa joins from Keegans, bringing with her good experience of working across a variety of sectors including Listed Buildings, Schools, Civic Buildings and Residential properties.
Her past projects range in value from £20,000 to £6m, varying from soft office refurbishments, through to partial rebuild, alterations, renovations and new build.
Louisa is now a Senior Building Surveyor in our London team working on nationwide projects.

Kamrul Islam BSc (Hons) AssocRICS
Kamrul has 4 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor prior to joining Macegreen in May 2018.
His experience has found him providing a tailored building surveying service to professionals involved within the residential sector such as property managers, agents, landlords and solicitors. His work predominantly involved creating and tendering specifications for the maintenance and refurbishment of buildings and carrying out contract administration duties through to project completion.
Kamrul’s development has also seen him carry out measured surveys for lease extensions and service charge demands, condition reports and building surveys, defect diagnosis, planning applications for works of a minor nature and creating planned maintenance plans and floor plans.

Josh Stevens BSc (Hons)
Josh studied Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University achieving a First-Class Honours Degree. Josh had 2 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor working in an SME prior to joining Macegreen in June 2018. His primary experience to date has been in both the public and private residential sectors undertaking cyclical maintenance major works packages for various Arms-Length Management Organisations and Private Freeholders in Kensington and Chelsea. In addition, Josh also has experience in Party Wall matters and Licences for Alteration. Within Macegreen Josh will be able to further develop and gain invaluable commercial experience, with the ultimate goal of becoming chartered via the RICS Building Surveying pathway.
